Tata Technologies is hiring an Intellectual Property Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Understand IP function and its role in business strategy and risk mitigation.
• Manage open-source software policy, process, and compliance.
• Evaluate open-source scans using tools such as BlackDuck, FOSSA, etc.
• Review license agreements and provide legal risk assessments.
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies in software development and clearance processes.
• Added advantage if experienced in reviewing contractual clauses.
• Exposure to IP audits is a plus.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to IP tools like BlackDuck and FOSSA preferred.

Salary/Stipend
