Details of the Job/Internship

Remfry & Sagar is hiring an IP Attorney for its Trademarks (Prosecution & Opposition) practice in Gurugram. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution and opposition matters. Candidates with a strong background in IP law are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

Work Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in trademarks;
Legal Skills: Strong understanding of trademarks law, including filing, prosecution, oppositions, and contentious matters;
Research & Writing:   A flair for legal writing, including drafting articles and reports on trademark law developments;
Analytical Ability: Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks and develop strategies for trademark protection;
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
