Details of the Job/Internship

Puthran & Associates is hiring an Intellectual Property Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle patent drafting, filing, and prosecution.
• Advise clients on intellectual property and patent law issues.
• Manage trademark-related responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with Indian and international IP laws.
• Coordinate with global IP professionals for client matters.
• Provide detailed legal analysis and counsel across industry sectors.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IP law.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Indian and international IP frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Salary/Stipend
