Puthran & Associates (P&A) is hiring an Intellectual Property Attorney for its Coimbatore office. The role involves managing patent applications, preparing patents, and providing legal guidance on patent law and intellectual property matters. It also includes handling trademark registrations, advising clients on IP strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage patent applications and draft patents.
- Provide legal advice on patent law and intellectual property matters.
- Handle trademark registrations.
- Advise clients on intellectual property strategies.
- Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to protect intellectual property rights.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Trademarks.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-focused with strong ethical judgment.
- Experience in intellectual property law is an advantage.
- LLM candidates preferred.
