Details of the Job/Internship

Puthran & Associates is hiring an Intellectual Property Attorney with experience of 2–6 years to join their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and file patent and trademark applications.
• Oversee patent and trademark portfolios.
• Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters.
• Prepare and prosecute patent and trademark applications.
• Advise on broader IP strategies.
• Collaborate with the P&A team and communicate effectively with clients.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Patent and Trademark Law, including application and prosecution.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property rights and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Master's in Law and admission to the bar.
• Prior experience (2 to 6 years) in the legal industry is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
