Details of the Job/Internship

Axiom Mark Intellectual Property is hiring an Intellectual Property Consultant with 10-15 years of experience to join their office in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of Intellectual Property transactions for large client portfolios.
• Build and maintain international client and associate networks.
• Provide consultancy services to clients.
• Advise and correspond with clients throughout Intellectual Property transactions.
• Prepare proposals, prosecute and maintain applications.
• Draft documents and correspondence for litigation, infringement, cancellation, and opposition proceedings.
• Analyze watch notices and search reports.
• Review products and marketing materials for IP issues.
• Support creative projects and business development initiatives.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and presentations on IP matters.
• Develop and manage a trained legal team.
• Assist with other IP-related administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility

• Must be a Law graduate.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Intellectual Property.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with excellent vocabulary.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Must be presentable, flexible, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
