Manoj Ornaments is inviting law students to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
Trademark & IP Documentation
- Assist in conducting trademark searches and filings..
- Draft and review agreements, notices, and IP-related documents.
Legal Coordination & Record Management
- Coordinate with external law firms and consultants.
- Maintain and organize legal files and follow-ups for ongoing IP matters.
Research & Risk Analysis
- Conduct legal research specific to IP, branding, and packaging laws in jewellery.
- Support strategy for IP risk mitigation and brand protection.
Compliance & Enforcement
- Monitor and report trademark misuse or potential infringements.
- Assist in implementing internal IP compliance and enforcement processes.
Eligibility
- Law student (preferably in final years) or a recent law graduate.
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property, Trademark Law, or Brand Protection.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in coordination.
- Comfortable with an in-office internship and team-oriented culture.
Salary/Stipend
₹15,000 PM
