Details of the Job/Internship

Manoj Ornaments is inviting law students to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Trademark & IP Documentation

• Assist in conducting trademark searches and filings..
• Draft and review agreements, notices, and IP-related documents.

Legal Coordination & Record Management

• Coordinate with external law firms and consultants.
• Maintain and organize legal files and follow-ups for ongoing IP matters.

Research & Risk Analysis

• Conduct legal research specific to IP, branding, and packaging laws in jewellery.
• Support strategy for IP risk mitigation and brand protection.

Compliance & Enforcement

• Monitor and report trademark misuse or potential infringements.
• Assist in implementing internal IP compliance and enforcement processes.

Eligibility

• Law student (preferably in final years) or a recent law graduate.
• Strong interest in Intellectual Property, Trademark Law, or Brand Protection.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in coordination.
• Comfortable with an in-office internship and team-oriented culture.
