Details of the Job/Internship
They are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented IP Interns with a keen interest in trademark applications and intellectual property law. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with experienced professionals and gain practical exposure in the field of trademarks.
Joining: Immediate.
Internship Duration: 1-3 Months.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and filing trademark applications with the relevant authorities.
- Conduct trademark searches and analyze search reports to identify potential conflicts.
- Support the preparation of responses to office actions and legal notices.
- Help maintain and manage clients’ trademark portfolios.
- Collaborate with the team on creating strategies for trademark protection and enforcement.
- Stay updated on changes in trademark laws, rules, and regulations.
Eligibility
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a law program (LLB/LLM) or related field.
- Basic understanding of intellectual property laws, especially trademarks.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience or coursework in intellectual property is a plus but not mandatory.
