Details of the Job/Internship
StellarStart Global is hiring an Intellectual Property (IP) Intern for a 6-month duration under their StellarScout Program.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trademark availability and conflict checks across various jurisdictions.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed trademark reports and executive summaries for clients.
- Maintain and systematically update internal IP databases and portfolio records.
- Assist in drafting basic legal documents, including trademark filings and preliminary notices.
- Perform in-depth legal research on evolving copyright and trademark regulations globally.
- Utilize AI productivity tools to streamline research and documentation processes.
- Support the legal team in managing international IP advisory assignments.
Eligibility
- Currently a 5th-year law student or a candidate nearing graduation.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property fundamentals (Trademark and Copyright).
- Detail-oriented with structured research and basic drafting skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools as productivity enablers in a legal context.
- Preferred: Prior internship experience in the field of Intellectual Property.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment.
