Advocate Atul Sharma is hiring an Intellectual Property Lawyer to join the office in Noida. The role involves handling patent applications, managing intellectual property portfolios, providing legal advice on patent law, and dealing with trademark issues.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and file patent applications.
- Conduct patent searches and provide related legal advice.
- Manage intellectual property portfolios and handle trademark issues.
- Represent clients in intellectual property disputes.
- Offer comprehensive legal advice on patent and IP law matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Additional qualifications in Intellectual Property Law are an advantage.
- Proficiency in patent applications and patent law.
- Experience in intellectual property and trademark matters.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in the legal industry, particularly in intellectual property cases.
