Details of the Job/Internship

India LawShield is hiring an Intellectual Property Lawyer to handle diverse IP matters on a full-time remote basis. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and manage patent and trademark applications.
• Provide legal advice and strategies for IP protection and enforcement.
• Conduct legal research on intellectual property regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IP laws and procedures.
• Represent clients in IP-related matters when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification in Intellectual Property Law.
• Licensed to practice law with good standing.
• Proven experience in patents, trademarks, and IP legal advisory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and research skills.

Salary/Stipend
