Role and Responsibilities

• Handle patent applications and related filings.
• Provide legal advice on patent and IP matters.
• Manage trademark portfolios and related issues.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Represent clients in intellectual property disputes.

Eligibility

• Experience with patent applications and patent law.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and trademarks.
• Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
