Details of the Job/Internship

Puthran & Associates is hiring for the position of Intellectual Property Lawyer to join their office in  Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Intellectual Property Lawyer will be responsible for handling patent applications, providing legal advice on trademark and intellectual property matters, and offering expertise in patent law.
• The lawyer will also be involved in conducting legal research, providing counsel on intellectual property rights, and advising clients on legal strategies and protection of their intellectual property.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Patent Applications and Patent Law.
• In-depth knowledge of Intellectual Property and Trademarks.
• Experience in providing Legal Advice on intellectual property matters.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• At least 2 years Experience in working with diverse clients and industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Membership in professional associations related to Intellectual Property is a plus.
