Details of the Job/Internship

Wadhwa Law Chambers is hiring an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation to join their IP litigation team in New Delhi. The role involves assisting with all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting, attending hearings and trials, and preparing briefs and other legal documents.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the litigation process.
• Draft legal documents, briefs, and pleadings.
• Attend hearings and trials.
• Support in the preparation of litigation materials and research.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM.
• Licensed to practice law in India.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, including trademark, copyright, and design infringement.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Academic background preferred.

Salary/Stipend
