Details of the Job/Internship
Soni and Soni is hiring an Intellectual Property Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters including contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
- Manage a team of legal professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on legal developments that may impact the company.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide legal advice and support on business initiatives and strategic projects.
Eligibility
- Previous management or leadership experience n a legal department or law firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
