Details of the Job/Internship
Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Intellectual Property Paralegal with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest USPTO rules.
- Retrieve and electronically file documents with the USPTO.
- Review daily dockets and coordinate deadlines with attorneys.
- Download and audit documents from PAIR, EP, WIPO, and Espacenet.
- Prepare and track documents for US and PCT patent applications.
- Submit filings via EFS-Web, EPAS, and ETAS.
- Prepare patent applications and forms for electronic filing.
- Support paralegal tasks including IDS management and office action responses.
- Handle docketing for US and Non-US IP matters using systems like FIP, CPI, Anaqua, and AppColl.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience in patent/trademark docketing and paralegal work.
- Knowledge of IP domain and docketing tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
