Details of the Job/Internship

FormulateIP is hiring an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file patent and intellectual property applications.
• Review and organise legal documents.
• Work closely with attorneys on patent law matters.
• Support intellectual property case management.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain communication with clients and legal entities.

Eligibility

• Experience in patent applications and preparation.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Knowledge of patent law and intellectual property.
• Strong organisational and case management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
• Paralegal certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in intellectual property or patent law (preferred)

Salary/Stipend
