Details of the Job/Internship
Lex IP Care LLP is hiring an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
The Paralegal will be responsible for tasks related to Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, Legal Document Preparation, Patent Law, and Intellectual Property on a day-to-day basis.
Eligibility
- Patent Applications and Patent Preparation skills.
- Legal Document Preparation and Patent Law skills.
- Understanding of Intellectual Property laws.
- Experience in Patent Prosecution and Litigation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- B.Com or B.A candidates preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
