Details of the Job/Internship

• Selvem and Selvam are looking for a detail-oriented and organized IP Paralegal to assist our attorneys in all aspects of intellectual property law, including Trademark, Patent, Copyright, and Design matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Selvem and Selvem seek experienced and highly skilled IP Paralegals to support their intellectual property practice. As an IP Paralegal with their firm, you will play a key role in assisting our attorneys with various aspects of IP law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing Trademark, Design, Patent, and copyright applications
•  Prepare and maintain IP-related documents
•  Assist with docketing and maintaining IP-related deadlines
•  Coordinate with clients and attorneys to gather information and provide updates
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Eligibility

• Fresher or 1+ years of legal experience in any background (priority to experienced candidates)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office 365

Salary/Stipend
