Jitendra Consulting Group is hiring for the position of Intellectual Property Portfolio Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive IP portfolio, including patents and trademarks.
- Handle trademark and patent filings, renewals, and related documentation for both domestic and international clients.
- Respond to objections, handle appeals and hearings, and draft necessary correspondences.
- Provide IP advice to in-house and international clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Review products and marketing materials for potential IP issues.
- Maintain accurate databases, client records, and documentation to meet strict deadlines.
- Assist with additional IP-related administrative tasks as required.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate with strong knowledge of trademark and patent registration procedures.
- 2-3 years of experience in an IP firm or a similar service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
