Details of the Job/Internship

Trumarx is hiring an Intellectual Property Rights Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru South. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, conducting IP audits and valuations, executing IP enforcement actions, managing patent and trademark portfolios, and advising on technology transfers and cyber laws.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and agreements.
• Conduct IP audits and valuations.
• Execute IP enforcement actions.
• Manage patent and trademark portfolios.
• Provide legal advice on technology transfer and cyber laws.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Represent clients in IP-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with IP laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM) with a focus on Intellectual Property Law.
• Strong knowledge and experience in patent, trademark, industrial design, and copyright law.
• Skills in drafting agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
• Experience in IP valuation, IP audit, and IP enforcement.
• Familiarity with technology transfer and cyber laws.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous law firm or in-house IP experience is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
