Details of the Job/Internship

A K Mylsamy & Associates is hiring an Intellectual Property Senior Associate with experience of 6 years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting research, reading case files, and preparing notes.
• Providing legal advice on the protection and enforcement of IP matters.
• Drafting legal notices, replies, and submissions for filing at IP Boards & Courts.
• Drafting, reviewing, and advising on IP agreements.
• Representing clients in hearings before IP Boards & Courts.

Eligibility

• Legal professional with a law degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of IP filings, particularly intrademark, design, and copyright.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• 6 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in IP matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
