Details of the Job/Internship
LTM is hiring a Specialist/Senior Specialist with experience of 6–10 years to join their offices in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
- Handle dispute resolution and commercial legal issues.
- Manage intellectual property-related matters.
- Independently handle complex contractual documentation.
- Implement innovative legal solutions for organisational benefit.
- Lead and guide team members while reviewing their work.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of legal outputs produced by the team.
Eligibility
- 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial transactions.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in intellectual property matters.
- Experience in dispute resolution and commercial legal issues.
- Prior experience in a multinational IT / ITES organisation is preferred.
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex legal matters.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt.
