Details of the Job/Internship

Zydus Group is hiring an Intellectual Property Specialist with experience in patent drafting, analysis, and portfolio management to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct patent searches and analyses.
• Draft and file patent applications.
• Manage and maintain patent portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with research and development teams.
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

• Experience in patent searches, analyses, drafting, and filing.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Skills in legal research, analysis, and communication.
• Relevant degree in law, science, or engineering with specialization in intellectual property.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life-sciences sector is a plus.
• Certification as a Patent Agent is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
