Details of the Job/Internship

Flex Legal is hiring an Interim Privacy Lawyer with experience of 3–5 years to support a global organisation in a fully remote role during a critical period of growth and transformation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the legal function on privacy and data protection matters.
• Work closely with senior legal stakeholders, including the Global Head of Privacy.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Handle AI-related risk and compliance matters.
• Undertake vendor/privacy agreement sign-off.
• Provide general commercial legal advice.
• Provide ad hoc M&A support.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in privacy and GDPR.
• Previous in-house experience, particularly within AI or cyber-related sectors.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Agile, hands-on, and able to quickly integrate into existing teams.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
