Synergia Legal is inviting law students to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research in areas including corporate law, securities law, and contract law.
• Draft, review, and vet a range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Contribute to the development of legal articles and thought leadership pieces.
• Support the team in contract negotiations and related discussions.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong foundation in corporate law and legal drafting.
• Excellent legal research and documentation skills.
• Clear and professional communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior internship or experience in corporate law is a plus.
