Details of the Job/Internship

CoinDCX is hiring an Intern – Corporate (Legal) to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and corporate transactions.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Support due diligence exercises and transaction documentation.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws.
• Prepare internal notes, trackers, and summaries of key transactions.

Eligibility

• 5th-year law students or recent graduates from top-tier colleges.
• Prior internships with top-tier law firms or reputed companies.
• Availability for full-time internship and minimum 3-month duration.
• Willing to work from office.
• Tenure extension subject to performance and availability.
