Mace Corporate Associates is hiring an Intern for their IP Team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and draft trademark opinions.
• Assist in trademark filings, prosecution, oppositions, and renewals.
• Draft replies to examination reports, notices of opposition, counter statements, and evidence affidavits.
• Draft legal notices and replies.
• Work on e-legal portals and related documentation.

Eligibility

• Final-year law students or recent law graduates.
• Keen interest in IPR laws.
• In-depth knowledge of trademark laws and procedures.
• Knowledge of e-legal portals.
• Knowledge of AI applications is an added advantage.
