HonchoMinds is hiring an Intern Lawyer to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

The Intern Lawyer will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and providing legal advice and support to the company.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of IPR and patent laws of India & USA.
• Knowledge of Corporate affairs & law.
• knowledge of Contracts, Work Orders, NDA, etc.
• Hands-On with using different AI & IT tools.
• Proficient in Communication & writing skills.
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Legal Research and Writing skills.
• Experience in drafting legal documents.
• Knowledge of court proceedings and legal advice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enrolled in or completed law school.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
