Details of the Job/Internship

OSOI Legal Pvt. Ltd. is inviting law students to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing property conveyancing documents.
• Support due diligence and title verification activities.
• Conduct property searches using internal tools and UK databases.
• Prepare Land Tax and Stamp Duty documentation.
• Collaborate with the team on mortgage and remortgage filings.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all client documentation.
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with internal protocols.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law, Business, or any discipline (Freshers welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Basic understanding of legal processes (exposure to UK law is a plus).
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Gurgaon office (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) with 95% minimum attendance.

Salary/Stipend

₹15,000 monthly stipend.
