Details of the Job/Internship

Greytip Software Private Limited is hiring a Legal Trainee with 0–1 year of experience to support its legal and compliance functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, DPAs, MSAs, and NDAs.
• Contribute to internal compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Support updating vendor registration forms.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders as required.
• Maintain updated internal trackers and documentation of deliverables.
• Conduct sanity checks of final drafts, execution, and documentation.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of experience with a strong interest in learning and growth in a fast-paced environment.
• LL.B. degree is mandatory.
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy.
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks effectively.
• Capability to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams.
