Details of the Job/Internship

CashKaro.com is inviting law students to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Help in the creation and evaluation of agreements, contracts, and other legal papers.
• Investigate legal issues pertaining to compliance, intellectual property, and corporations.
• Assist the legal staff with work pertaining to compliance and regulations.
• Assist with contract administration and policy creation.
• Help in examining corporate policies to make sure they comply with legal requirements.
• Organize and preserve legal records and documentation.
• Keep abreast of any legal developments that could affect the company.

Eligibility

• Third-year (5-year) or final-year (3-year) legal students from a reputable law school.
• Strong passion for legal studies, contract drafting, and corporate law.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Requires fundamental knowledge of contracts, including employment contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• The capacity to recognize important terms and potential legal issues in contracts.
• Legal Research and Awareness of Compliance
• Familiarity with data protection, intellectual property, and corporate law.
• The capacity to do out legal research and efficiently synthesize results.
• Communication Skills and Attention to Detail
• The capacity to write texts without errors.
• Legal communication abilities that are clear and precise.
