Details of the Job/Internship

Nuvama Group is hiring Legal Interns for a 6-month internship at their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research including interpretation of laws and judgments of the court.
• Examine legal issues related to new business proposals.
• Structure, draft, review, and vet contracts and other legal documents.
• Assist in developing the company’s policies and positions on legal issues.
• Handle any other tasks or responsibilities assigned from time to time related to legal advisory and documentation.

Eligibility

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law school or college.
• Preferably, knowledge of Corporate and Securities law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Proven comparable experience in interning with a corporate or law firm.
