Details of the Job/Internship

Pathway Counsel is hiring Legal Interns to join its office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct intensive legal research across statutes, case laws, and policy frameworks.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Prepare case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
• Support policy analysis on emerging regulatory and legal issues.
• Assist senior counsel with court documentation and hearing preparation before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a recognised B.A. LL.B or LL.B programme.
• Preferably students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year course, or 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year course.
• Strong interest in data privacy, constitutional law, or civil and commercial litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
