Details of the Job/Internship

Pathway Counsel is hiring a Legal Intern to join their team in New Delhi, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research across statutes, case law, and policy frameworks related to data privacy, IT law, constitutional law, and IPR.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Prepare case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
• Assist with policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.
• Support senior counsel with court documentation and preparation for matters before the Supreme Court, State High Courts, and Tribunals.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a recognized B.A. LL.B. or LL.B. program.
• Preferably in the 4th or 5th year of a five-year course, or the 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year course.
• Demonstrable interest in data privacy, constitutional law, or civil and commercial litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
