Details of the Job/Internship

Center for Research in Mergers and Acquisitions (CRMA) is inviting law students to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with academic and industry research projects.
• Conduct literature reviews and data collection.
• Analyze datasets and prepare detailed research reports.
• Support the team in drafting presentations and documentation.
• Participate in interviews and information-gathering sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to collaborative outputs.

Eligibility

• Open to students in their 4th or 5th year of Law, or those pursuing degrees in:
  • Company Secretaryship (CS)
  • Economics
  • Computer Science
  • Public Policy
