Details of the Job/Internship
The Indian Mediation Federation is hiring a Mediation & Dispute Resolution Intern to assist with research, outreach, and content creation related to mediation and non-adversarial dispute resolution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on mediation and non-adversarial dispute resolution developments in India.
- Track news, trends, and updates in the mediation space.
- Reach out to mediators and mediation institutions to align thought processes and promote mediation.
- Assist in content creation, writing, and editing for advocacy and awareness initiatives.
- Support initiatives to mainstream mediation as the preferred dispute resolution method.
Eligibility
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for mediation, advocacy, and dispute resolution.
- Previous experience or coursework in law, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
