Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Rangers is hiring a full-time Legal Intern for a 1–3 month internship at its Gurgaon office to support corporate and investment law matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, summarize, and draft general corporate agreements and commercial contracts.
• Support due diligence processes and prepare related reports for PE/VC transactions.
• Review incorporation documents, statutory records, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in drafting, vetting, and proofreading transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and share subscription agreements.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory issues.
• Participate in internal discussions and brainstorming on transaction structuring.

Eligibility

• 3rd year or above (5-year program) or 2nd year or above (3-year program).
• Strong interest in corporate law, startup law, and investment transactions.
• Prior corporate law internship experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in legal research and MS Office.
