Details of the Job/Internship

The SmartMove2UK is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer with 1-2 years of experience in UK immigration law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and support to clients on UK immigration matters.
• Conducting legal research on UK immigration laws and regulations.
• Drafting legal documents, including visa applications, appeals, and representations.
• Assisting clients with their immigration needs, including preparing applications and supporting documents, and communicating with UK immigration authorities.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Keeping up to date with changes to UK immigration laws and regulations.
• Participating in marketing and business development activities, including networking events and client meetings.

Eligibility

• A law degree from an accredited university or college.
• 1-2 years of experience in UK immigration law.
• Knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulations.
• Strong drafting and legal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Salary/Stipend

₹20,000/month - ₹25,000/month
