Details of the Job/Internship

Atman Artwork LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of International IP & Legal Liaison with 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaise with international and national legal firms on IP filings, compliance, and case management.
• Coordinate provisional, PCT, and utility filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track deadlines, maintain IP records, and prepare documentation for legal partners.
• Advise leadership on IP risks, licensing, and enforcement strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations as required.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IP law or legal coordination.
• Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, and copyright processes.
• Strong command over English and fluency in Tamil (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and presentations.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized.
• Valid passport; open to international travel.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
