iTech Infinite is hiring for the position of International Legal & Compliance Advisor with 5 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and validate incorporation, taxation, and compliance documents for the UK and India.
- Advise on employment contracts, HR policies, and employee documentation in line with labor laws across both countries.
- Provide guidance on cross-border operations, including GDPR, data privacy, IP rights, and service agreements.
- Support with registrations, certifications, and filings required for IT businesses in the UK and India.
- Act as the primary contact for legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external counsel as required.
- Monitor and update management on regulatory changes impacting operations in both jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM in Corporate or International Business Law.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate law and Indian corporate/employment law.
- 5+ years of experience in legal & compliance, preferably with IT or technology companies.
- Expertise in taxation, labor laws, and data protection (UK GDPR & India’s DPDP Act).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate legal jargon into business-friendly language.
- Prior experience supporting cross-border companies is a strong advantage.
