Details of the Job/Internship

Hogan Lovells is looking for a candidate for the position of International Trade Paralegal with 6 months plus paralegal experience to work with them in Hybrid Mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with project work for the firm.
• Assist with document review and due diligence.
• Draft, check and amend legal documents.
• Liaise with internal and external counsel, within the UK and globally.
• Write concise memoranda to summarize research results.
• Maintain document, transcript, and work product databases.
• Conduct legal research.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Eligibility

• 6 months plus of paralegal experience in a law firm or equivalent.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential; and
• LPC qualified is preferred but candidates with extensive paralegal experience will also be considered.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
