Speakers Details and Timings

Dr. Ian Freckleton KC is a senior barrister practicing across Australia. He is a Professor of Law and Professorial Fellow in Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne and serves as an Honorary Professor of Forensic Medicine at Monash University. He has previously served as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Nauru and as a Commissioner of the Victorian Law Reform Commission. Dr. Freckleton has held numerous national and international roles, including leadership positions in legal and interdisciplinary associations. He is widely published and highly regarded as an author, editor, and academic speaker in the fields of law, ethics, and forensic science.
