Details of the Job/Internship
MarkShield is offering a paid full-time Intellectual Property Law Internship for a minimum duration of two months at their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research related to trademarks, copyrights, design registrations, and IP commercial suits.
- Assist in preparing IP search reports, application drafts, plaint drafts, cease-and-desist strategies, takedown notices, and enforcement actions.
- Review and summarize relevant case laws and prepare articles.
