Details of the Job/Internship

ADS Legal is hiring legal interns for January/February 2026 for a physical internship at their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and preparing petitions and appeals across various forums.
• Help in filing cases in different courts and tribunals.
• Conduct research on assigned matters.
• Participate in visits to the Supreme Court, High Court, and various tribunals.
• Assist in preparing briefing notes.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by partners and associates.

Eligibility

• 5th-year BA LLB students.
• 3rd-year LLB students.
• Minimum internship duration: 1 month.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
