Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Abhiishek Bhaduri, Goenka Law Associates is inviting law students to intern with them in their Mumbai office. 

• Students living and studying in far - off areas, must note that office timings are 10 AM - 7 PM.
• Tenure for the Internship - 3 Months Minimum, with further extensions based on performance.
• Candidates to make their own travel and lodging arrangements for the tenure of the Internship.
• Monthly Stipend will be provided to the Interns.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate's role will primarily focus on litigation.
• Interns will be responsible for tasks such as case filings, drafting documents, conducting research, taking notes, and attending court proceedings regularly. They will also assist the Office Associates with matters before the High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), City Civil Court, and Mazgaon Court.
• Interns will be provided with a workstation that includes a desk and an office system. However, those who prefer to use their own laptops will also be accommodated.

Salary/Stipend

Monthly Stipend will be provided to the Interns.
