Arcatron Mobility Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Intern.

Role and Responsibilities

• Compliance Assistance:
• Support the team in conducting compliance audits and preparing related documentation
• Research and analyze regulatory changes and their impact on the company
• Drafting and Documentation:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Assist in the preparation of internal memos, reports, and correspondence
• Help maintain and organize legal files and documentation
• Commercial Law:
• Provide support in matters related to commercial contracts, transactions, and negotiations.
•  Assist in legal research for commercial agreements and business transactions
