Details of the Job/Internship

Arcitech is inviting application from law students to intern with them at their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising the new amendments and standards.
• Overseeing, reviewing and amending client and vendor contracts.
• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting emails, legal notices, legal documents, contracts, agreements etc.
• Drafting terms and conditions, privacy policies of website’s.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
• Providing commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice for contracts and other legal queries.
• Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
• Providing advice on legal matters.
• Drafting legal opinions and briefing documents.
• Reviewing legal material/ Document.

Eligibility

• Thorough knowledge and Experience in drafting contracts and agreements.
• Experienced in IP Laws especially Filing of trademark, reply to first examination report and filing copyright.
• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in law (3yrs or 5yrs).
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should know MS Office.
