Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting.
- Appearances in the cases in Court Works.
- Managing the CIRP under IBC.
- Visiting offices/factory.
- Misc. works, etc.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's(Final Year) or Master's degree in Law.
- Law Graduates.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
