Details of the Job/Internship

Corporate Professionals is inviting final-year law students to intern with their ESG Team from 1st January 2024. The intern can be considered for absorption as an Associate as per the performance. The intern has to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research on Environmental Laws and Policies (Domestic and International)
• Assisting the ESG team in researching to write articles, client outreach notes, and ancillary matters
• Ensuring compliance with systems and processes and documentation of the same.
• Handling research-related matters on all aspects of ESG, environmental law, social compliance, etc.
• Preparing preliminary opinions
• Proactively participating in Environmental and Social audits under the supervision of the team leader.
